Human empathy is key to achieve great results in communication design and user experience. When meetings are difficult to arrange, we may develop the project without the effort to reconcile schedules, travel and all the logistics involved. Technology enables us to create a remote experience closer to face-to-face. We use a platform for video conferencing, so that each participant can be on their computer or smartphone participating in the meeting from remote locations. To further enhance the experience, we use a whiteboard tool, with the virtual walls of a room where everyone can scribble, insert their draws, notes and comments.
